Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 40.00 per stay for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged AUD 40.00 per stay for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
